About Me
I help teams reconnect through rhythm, neuroscience and real-world insight, when pressure is high and performance is suffering.
My Approach to People & Performance
Connection isn’t a soft skill — it’s the foundation of performance.
When people feel safe, seen and supported, they contribute more, collaborate better and stay longer.
But too often, we focus on fixing performance without first understanding the human systems that drive it.
I believe we need to treat connection, trust and emotional regulation as core business strategies, not afterthoughts.
That’s why I use tools grounded in neuroscience, the performing arts and two decades of cross-sector experience to help teams work better, together.
"Imagine if we combined Ambition and Belonging, what would our teams look like then??"
