Rhythm to Regulate
Helping people regulate together, not alone.
Rhythm to Regulate™ is an evidence-informed framework that harnesses the power of co-regulation to strengthen emotional regulation, build connection and increase readiness to engage.
Delivered through structured, facilitated group rhythm sessions, it creates the conditions for positive mental health, learning, recovery and sustainable performance.
Developed by Amanda Kelleher in collaboration with neuroscientists, educational researchers and psychologists.
Currently being developed through the NHS Health Innovators Programme and Arts Council England-funded school pilots, with NHS clinical pathway pilots for CAMHS and Adult Community Mental Health in development.

Why Rhythm?
Meaningful change begins with readiness to engage.
Whether it's learning in the classroom, therapy in the NHS or wellbeing initiatives at work, people are more likely to benefit from support when they feel safe, connected and ready to participate.
Rhythm provides a different pathway.
People are more likely to benefit from support when they feel safe, connected and ready to participate.
Long before language, humans used shared rhythm to regulate, communicate and build trust. Today, neuroscience is helping us understand why these shared rhythmic experiences continue to strengthen connection, support emotional regulation and increase readiness to engage.
Rhythm to Regulate™ uses shared rhythm as a pathway to co-regulation—creating the conditions for people to engage, connect and thrive.
The Rhythm to Regulate Framework
One evidence-informed framework. Three applications.
Whether the goal is improving readiness to learn, readiness for support or readiness to perform, the underlying principle remains the same: people are more likely to thrive when they feel regulated, connected and ready to engage.
