Creative Experiences

Serious ideas. Playful experiences. Real connection.

I've always been fascinated by what happens when people make something together.

Whether it's creating a clown choir, collecting the sounds of a local woodland, hosting a big family arty rave or performing a solo show about the end of the world, I've spent the last twenty years using theatre to help people connect with themselves, each other, their communities and the ideas that shape them.

I'm particularly interested in theatre for people who don't think theatre is for them. I love creating work in places where people don't expect it; schools, public spaces and workplaces—bringing creativity into everyday life and inviting people who might never normally step into a theatre to take part.

My training spans both theatre and applied neuroscience, helping me intentionally design inclusive experiences that reduce barriers to participation, increase readiness to learn and create the conditions for curiosity, collaboration and belonging.

I believe in the magic of the arts more than ever—not because they're an escape from the real world, but because they help us engage with it more fully.
